The Center for Aesthetic and Implant Dentistry is a 4th generation dental practice that has served thousands of patients for the past 70 years. We provide comprehensive services ranging from preventive cleanings to full mouth implant rehabilitation. Our unique hybrid practice has two dentists – Dr. Bryan Harris: Prosthodontist Specialist and Dr. Taylor Ruby: General Dentist – who collaboratively work to meet your dental needs. By providing patient-focused care, and through the utilization of advanced technology and our onsite lab, we work for your best possible outcomes often resulting in changed lives.

Our Leadership Team
Dr. Bryan Harris
Dr. Bryan Harris is a Certified Prosthodontist with additional training to treat the most difficult and complex dental conditions. Patients are often referred from other dentists who recognize his unique ability to intervene in situations currently impacting people’s quality of life.
He has intentionally invested in technology and an onsite lab recognizing the benefit to patients of this per his early career experience as a Lab Technician. Since then He continued his education in dentistry at the University of Louisville with his DMD certificate in 2004 and the University of Texas, Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2007 with his Advanced Certificate in Prosthodontics.
Dr. Harris is a national lecturer on the topics of dental implants and restorative dentistry. Before becoming the owner of our practice in 2018, he ran the Dental Implant Clinic at the University of Louisville from 2007 to 2017.
Outside the office, Dr. Harris values time with his wife and sons, involvement at Southeast Christian Church, serving on the board of the Mpower Approach Ministries organization, mountain biking and being a “die-hard” Cincinnati Bengals fan!
Dr. Taylor Ruby
Dr. Ruby has been a practicing General Dentist for several years. He grew up in Somerset, KY, graduated from Pulaski County High School and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University with degrees in Biology and Chemistry.
He earned his doctorate in Dental Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, graduating with the distinction of Cum Laude.
He is currently enrolled in a residency program with the Dawson Academy, a prestigious organization that provides general dentists with the training necessary to treat even the most complex dental cases. His dental areas of interest are cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
Dr. Ruby decided to join The Center for Aesthetic and Implant Dentistry due to being aligned with the practice’s faith values and approach to patient care. He is grateful to Dr. Jones for establishing a practice that exudes excellence in every way and for leaving behind a legacy he is humbled to follow.
Outside of work his faith and family are the most important things in his life. He is married to his wife, Erin, and has three children, Wesley, Reid, and Sadie. In his spare time he enjoys boating, swimming, and water sports on Lake Cumberland where he grew up. He also enjoys hiking and being outdoors as much as possible.
